Audrey is passionate about changing the world for the better through innovation. She helps leaders to push the perceived limits of what is possible for their enterprise—knowing stretch accomplishments build competence and confidence as they accumulate within an organization. Her work helps to ensure that their bold solutions live in the world.
She applies strategy, analytics, organizational behavior and conceptual thinking—to define, develop, and launch innovations, while helping clients build their own innovation capabilities.
Audrey has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies in industrial, financial, retail, and public sectors. She takes deep personal interest in health care due to the significant impact it has on all our lives. She helped a major pharma company reconceive their new drug launch, yielding a best practice. And her team cultivated deep innovation capabilities within a major medical device manufacturer, to propel advancements in the changing US heath care landscape.
Audrey received her MBA from Kellogg School of Management and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Vanderbilt University. She lives in Chicago where she quenches her insatiable curiosity by exploring new challenges, from sailing to trapeze to stand-up comedy. She serves as a coach for Northwestern University’s Design For America program.
