Brett believes that digital transformation only succeeds when organizations extend beyond technologies to clearly convey how and why transformation drives success. He works with clients to develop strategies, communications, and customer-centric organizational structures to maximize technology investments.
Brett launched his consulting career with VIA International in Chicago. His creative writing and public speaking informed communications and change management programs for clients such as Hyatt Hotels and Baxter Healthcare. He led digital advertising agency marchFIRST in the midwest for Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson, winning multiple Agency of the Year awards. Brett led digital marketing for multiple drug brands at Eli Lilly before joining ExactTarget, where he launched teams focused on digital strategy and client success. Acquired by Salesforce, Brett next guided digital marketing practices for professional service firms Appirio and Silverline, facilitating their clients through digital transformation and customer experience design.
Brett earned his undergraduate degree from Valdosta State and a Master’s from Northwestern University. When not with clients, you can find Brett and his family hiking, camping and traveling. An advocate for the arts, Brett served as the Artistic Director for the Off-Main Street Players theater company for over a decade.
