Cece has led a variety of new product and services design teams to build cross platform innovation using mobile technology, sensors, services and retail experiences. As a user experience researcher, Cece uncovers insights that inform software, products and business services. She has performed international ethnographic research, M&A, UX research, participatory design, contextual discovery and validation.
Cece’s engaging approach invites design and development teams into a collaborative approach and brings the research to life with vibrant, relevant storytelling. This allows her teams to develop customer relationships through more compelling experiences. She also specializes in coaching executives and teams through culture change, leading workshops and embedded with teams to set a direction that produces growth with energy and forward momentum.
She often works independently from her home in San Diego and with her colleagues at Panorama, specialists in research for innovation. An expert in consumer product research, Cece held important positions at Callaway Golf, Gillette and Duracell. She received her degrees from the University of San Diego and UCLA.
