Irene helps organizations build knowledge and capabilities to reveal, interpret and act on customer needs to create meaningful products and services that satisfy their strategic intent.
Irene holds a Master of Design from the Institute of Design, and an MBA from the Stuart School of Business, both at the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). She has lived in Canada, New Zealand, USA, Mexico and Hong Kong and worked across public/private sectors and academia, including Adaptive Path, New Zealand’s Inland Revenue, McDonald’s, Li & Fung, Steelcase, CEDIM University, Seneca College, Deloitte, Fjord (Accenture), Jam3 (Media.Monks) and the Government of Alberta.
Irene is an amateur gardener and sailing enthusiast.
