About
Jim started his career as a project manager for a healthcare technology company (serving some of the largest hospital systems in the country) and quickly ascended to leadership roles with community hospitals and then large hospital systems (HCA & Kindred Healthcare). Jim also spent over a decade in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution business leading and growing distribution operations at Mylan and Cardinal Health.
As an entrepreneur, Jim successfully led (as CEO & COO respectively) two healthcare start-ups that compete in the inpatient pharmacy and retail pharmacy services industries.
With a background in Industrial Engineering and deep business experience, Jim’s focuses on changing culture and improving operations, meeting clinical and financial goals, and exceeding customer expectations. This equips Jim to help others navigate an increasingly complex and competitive healthcare marketplace.
Jim lives in Nashville with his wife and four children. He serves on the board of directors for Foundations Christian Academy (FCA), LifeInDeed Medical Missions, and the Parent Leadership Council (PLC) for Lipscomb University.
