Andrea Pagliughi has guided mid-market companies through growth and transition; she knows fast-paced start-up cycles and anticipates the vital moments for small businesses to make sound decisions.
Andrea led finance for public and private equity-owned companies as well as closely-held corporations and partnerships. She presents to boards, banks, and outside investors. She coordinates outside advisors and manages and motivates her teams.
In start-ups Andrea oversaw rapid growth in revenue, headcount and physical space. She installs processes and procedures for financial discipline and rigor, partnering with fellow senior executives and owners, both within the company and with private equity owners. She’s managed both large and small Finance & Accounting teams, and led or informed other essential functions: operations, IT, legal, and HR.
Andrea streamlines processes and communication to drive efficiencies right to the bottom line. Her analytics illuminate the big picture, while keenly attending to the details that yield optimal margins.
Andrea earned her MBA from Columbia Business School, and her undergraduate in Accountancy from Villanova University.
